The golf course was opened in 1993. It is designed by Canadian golf arichitects Les Furber and Jim Eremko.
Because of fitting it into a picturesque landscape, GC Karl?tejn is an unique course. Wooded, hilly landscape with calcite rocks, plentiful fauna and flora ? it is a real oasis of quiet. Only 45 minutes by car from Czech capital city.
The designers of the course kept a strategy of ?easy bogey? but ?difficult birdie?, due to which players of different handicap can paly together.

Two 18-holes championships courses, Radeckę course and D?Este Curse are of a pride to the whole golf resort. The courses are set in slightly undulating , wooded countrydisde. Large, modulated greens are characteistic for the course.
